New construction of a 14,000 sq ft car dealership located on Michigan Ave between Parma and Albion, Michigan. The construction was completed in 10 months. 

New construction of a 6,000 sq ft restaurant and bar located on the north side of Jackson, Michigan. Construction took 8 months. 

Remodel of an existing 5,600 sq ft clinic. Located near the M-60 and Spring Arbor Rd junction in Jackson, Michigan. The project spanned over 9 months and the clinic remained open during the entire project. 

New construction of a 3,135 sq ft tire and auto repair facility located at 8029 Spring Arbor Rd in Spring Arbor, Michigan. An old car wash was demolished to make room for the new building. We were able to utilize the existing parking lot and utilities to save money and streamline the building process. The demolition and construction was complete after 120 days. 

New construction of a 5,480 sq ft gas station and convenience store located at the corner of Dearing Rd and I-94 in Parma, Michigan. This store has a Subway restaurant inside and an automatic car wash located on the side. The construction was complete in 180 days.
